Vegan Japanese ramen restaurant
Let’s start this bit as SEO-friendly as possible- Amsterdam has been improved by a great new vegan Japanese ramen restaurant! Boom!! There you go, Google…need we say more? Yes, we do–it’s not only vegan but organic, too, and without MSG to boot.
Owner and chef Mr Atsushi likes to fly solo…it’s just him, no staff whatsoever ( therefore by reservation only, please). His goal is to get non-vegetarians/ non-vegans in particular to experience the rich taste of his ramen and show one doesn’t need animal products for a really good meal.
The handmade whole grain noodles ( with vegetables and lemon, available hot or cold ) and the rich-tasting soup come in different bowls. There’s additional sauce provided that you may want to add to your noodles after you’ve eaten some. Maybe a bit confusing in the beginning but don’t worry, Atsushi is a super friendly guide in his universe of delicious wholesome food!!
Foodie fact: Atsushi only uses products from Europe, so no ginger (for example).
